In order for you to access the products offered by COCKTAIL 54 and make a purchase you must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.

SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery time
The maximum delivery time for products is 48 to 72 hours, in working days, once the payment has been made according to the chosen method. Online orders are processed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., so if an order is placed after that time, an extra day of delivery will be added. In the event that, for any circumstance, the order cannot be delivered within the established deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible.
It is important to note that all deadlines mentioned are in working days and are subject to confirmation of payment according to the selected method. In the event of any delay in delivery, we undertake to inform you without delay.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national, regional and local holidays, nor will we process orders on public holidays in Madrid.
Place of delivery
COCKTAIL 54 undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address you have indicated, which must be located in Spanish territory. To ensure a successful delivery, it is important that the address provided is accessible during normal business hours.
It is important to note that COCKTAIL 54 assumes no liability in the event that the delivery of the product is not carried out due to incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the user. Likewise, COCKTAIL 54 shall not be liable in cases where delivery cannot be made due to causes beyond the control of the assigned shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient.
Transfer of risk and ownership
Delivery is deemed to have been effected from the moment when the product has been placed at the disposal of the User or a third party indicated by the User (other than the carrier) at the indicated place of delivery. The risk of the products (including, but not limited to, loss, damage or theft) shall pass to the User from the moment the product(s) have been placed at his disposal. However, in the event that it is the consumer and user who orders the transport of the goods or the carrier chosen is not among those proposed by the entrepreneur, the risk shall pass to the consumer and user with the delivery of the goods to the carrier, without prejudice to his rights against the latter.
Delivery Problems
If there is any discrepancy or visible problem in the order at the time of delivery, you must not accept the delivery and must state it in the delivery note or means used by the carrier. In case of accepting the order with noticeable damage or visible defects, there may be problems for the return of the order. However, both in these cases and in those cases in which the defects were detected at the time of opening the package, you should immediately contact us through our email web@cocktail54.com leaving your personal data and order number, a photograph, description of the discrepancy or problem and we will contact you shortly to try to solve the incident.
LEGAL WARRANTY
For products that expire quickly, the legal warranty operates in case of incorrect, damaged or defective products. In such a case, COCKTAIL 54 will proceed to refund the full amount using the same method of payment chosen by the customer, within a maximum period of 14 days. To do so, the customer must contact COCKTAIL 54 within 24 hours after receiving the product, through the contact email web@cocktail54.com indicating the error or defect along with your personal and order data. The warranty covers shipping costs, free replacement in our warehouses and transport costs back to the customer. In case of wrong or expired product, COCKTAIL 54 may choose to replace, downgrade or terminate the contract, steps that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
RETURNS POLICY
Right of withdrawal
Food/goods likely to deteriorate/adapt quickly, unfit to be returned for health and hygiene reasons, and products conforming to the buyer’s specifications. Exceptions art. 103 c), d) and e)
To return a food product you, as a natural person, have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product, not being possible to return perishable goods and those others that by their nature may deteriorate or expire quickly.
Nor can be returned those products that have been made according to the specifications of the buyer.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for perishable goods.
In the case of household goods, you have 14 days to return them. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For this purpose, we provide you with a cancellation form.
How do I return a product?
The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, along with any accessories related to them, being advisable to accompany a photograph of the state of the product and packaging.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns sent freight collect.
Once we verify that the products you return to us meet all the specifications of the Return Policy, we will send you an email informing you that the return has been accepted.

Refund
Whatever the payment system used by you, the refund of the amount will be implemented as soon as possible but always within 14 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse. In the case of having made the payment by bank transfer, to make the refund you must attach in the return form an account number where you can make the deposit.
Out of stock
In the event that all units of the purchased product are out of stock, Customer Service will communicate this fact, as soon as possible, through the means of contact provided during the purchase process. In this situation, COCKTAIL 54 undertakes to reimburse the amount of the purchase immediately and, in any case, without undue delay.
MINORS
COCKTAIL 54 directs its products exclusively to users over 18 years of age. Minors under this age are NOT authorized to use our products and should not, therefore, send us their personal data. COCKTAIL 54 assumes no responsibility in the event that minors attempt to access or use the product in an unauthorized manner. For appropriate purposes, parents or legal guardians are urged to supervise the online activities of minors and to ensure that they do not use this product without proper authorization.
Dispute Resolution
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between COCKTAIL 54 and the Consumer and User shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force. In accordance with the provisions of Article 90.2 of the TRLGDCU, all disputes and claims arising from this legal notice shall be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
